2 Disk in Raid 5 Failed on DL380 G3 Server Please Help

I have DL380 server with 6 disk. bay 0 and 1 configured as RAID 1. bay 2 to 5 is configured as RAID 5. bay 0 fails which is RAID 1. After a minute bay 3 of RAID 5 failed also. We replaced first bay 0 with the disk model. after rebuild, we replaced the failed disk in bay 3. after bay 3 rebuild, the disk in bay 0 fails again which is the new installed disk. We installed again another New disk in Bay 0, after rebuild the disk, bay 4 become failed after a minute Bay 5 also is failed and the new disk in bay 0 in RAID 1. so two disk in RAID 5 now has FAILED and 1 disk in RAID 1. After that we reboot ther server by pressing the power button, then power on, the 3 FAILED disk becomes ok. the amber light in the disks becomes green. but erros appears saying that logical 2 has failed. press F1 to continue and F2 to accept DATA loss. F1 is the default, the server boots, then checked the disk management in computer management, now the Logical 2 which is RAID becomes UNALLOCATED (No data). then check the array configuration manager. the logical 2 is still failed. Is there a POSSIBLE WAY to RECOVER THE DATA in the RAID 5? Attach is the ADU report. PLEASE HELP. We dont have a back-up. There a lot of DATA in that RAID 5

Your ADU report shows errors on every single drive bay. This is probably caused by an error on the SCSI backplane (where your harddrives plug in to), the cable to the controller or the controller itself.
It will probably be the backplane that needs replacing. Your drives are still intact so if you don't muck around with them too much, you should be able to continue working after you've fixed the hardware problem

Already solved the problem,the problem was caused by the SA 5i ASR options which disables the Logical drive from loading the previous state to prevent from data loss,as discussed earlier we have to reseat all the drives to just recover the data and request for a Back plane replacement.The failed drive indicator was just a cosmetic problem that is a result of a failed system identification.

Just enabled the Logical drive (press F2) to accept data loss and enable the Logical drive upon Controller POST and started to rebuild the Logical drive of the Failed RAID 5 Volume.upon boot to OS CHKDSK will automatically launch to try to verify data integrity and after that your system will be ok to be put to production use. First upon installation of the Back plane. your server is also scheduled for firmware and driver update.

The Failed Raid may be the cuase of outdated Firmware/Drivers and system bios.So pls do check HP website for upcoming updates.
