2 GPUs on dl380 g7
Im trying 2 install 2 gpu cards on my dl380 g7
#1 Quadro k620 for computation
#2 Quadro nvs 310 for monitor output.
I connected the k620 to the riser card and the nvs 310 using an x16 to x1 molex powered riser directly to the motherboard (without connecting any extra power to the molex)
When i tried to start the system, the system health led turned red and the system didnt start. But things got back to normal when i removed the 2nd gpu.
Any idea what the problem is and how i can install both GPUs?

Re: 2 GPUs on dl380 g7
HI There,
Are you sure the quadro nvs 310 GPU card is working .If not, can you try installing it on other server and check if it is working?
Was this procured from HPE?
If not , consult with third party Graphic card manufacturers to see if that card works on this server.
Below is the quickspecs of the server for your reference.
