After done CRITICAL ROM Flash-HP ProLiant ML110 G5 Servers cooler gets in high rotation

After the upgrade ** CRITICAL ** Online Flash ROM Component for Windows - HP ProLiant ML110 G5 Servers, the cooler stays in high direct rotation, does not return to normal rotation as it was before, I need help solving this problem.
