AG815B DL380 G5 Base Storage Server Recovery Media
This storage server model is not supported by the recovery kit
The media is the original than come with the server.
HP Proliant storage Server
MUI and system recovery kit
Version 7.0 v1 with all-in-one storage manager
I download the version 6.9 available on internet but the message was the same.

When you look in the sysetm BIOS on the server, what is the model number in there?

Yes, this is the version 6.9, i try with this and with version 7.0 the same error:
The Proliant Storage Server model is not supported by this QuickRestore DVD
The model or product number in the Bios appear like AG815B.

Te serial number is righ on the bios, the only extra hardware is a Fiber Channel HBA. I removed it and try the recovery but, the error was the same.

Maybe the serial number is wrong?
Has this ever worked?
Maybe can you try the recovery dvd for the AG815A?
I would suggest checking with HP support if you haven't already..
