Re: all states led give error when turn on server HP Proliant DLE380P G8 !
Hello,
"All LEDs give error"
What was the error state and of which LED"
What was the status of the LEDs on the Systems Inisght Display.
You may refer to section "Systems Insight Display LEDs" on page 93 of the HPE ProLiant DL380p Gen8 ServerMaintenance and Service Guide.

Re: all states led give error when turn on server HP Proliant DLE380P G8 !
Hello,
Clear the server's NVRAM. You may refer to diagram "System board components", item number 23, the 'System maintenance switch', on page 98 of the HPE ProLiant DL380p Gen8 Server's Maintenance and Service Guide for identifying the location of the said switch.
Next, power off the server, remove the power cable from the server's power supply. Next remove the access panel, locate the system maintenance switch as specified above and set switch 6 position to 'On', replace the access panel and power on the server. When the message on the screen indicates that one of the system maintenance switch is on, then power off the server, remove the power cable and reverse the switch's position and then power on.
If the issue is not resolved, then contact HPE Support for further assistance,
