An error occurred while attempting to start the selected virtual machine

Hello.

hp proliant dl380 g5 2x Xeon 5140. (the only i have for now)

Intel Virtualization technology enabled, power off/on... (i think it's the only option for virtualization here)

Hyper-V 2008r2 SP1

Connected from Win 7.  Just created virtual machine in Hyper-v Manager. And i got error while starting it.

It's something like that:

1. Check Hyper-V Requirements enabled or not ?
E.g:
c:\>Systeminfo
Hyper-V Requirements: VM Monitor Mode Extensions: Yes
Virtualization Enabled In Firmware: Yes
Second Level Address Translation: Yes
Data Execution Prevention Available: Yes

All of above should be YES,

2. Ensure that Virtualization Enabled in the BIOS "RBSU-> System Option->Processor Option->Enable Intel VD-d"
3. Ensure that Hyper-V service is running,
4. Run following "BCDEDIT /Set {current} hypervisorlaunchtype auto"

There is the only option about virtualization:

Systeminfo, 3 running Hyper-v services and succeed "BCDEDIT /Set {current} hypervisorlaunchtype auto":

systeminfo doesn't show what you asked

Ensure that BIOS is updated.

also verify " No-run Memory Protection" setting , makesure Enabled.

finally VM is running, but when i trying to open it, i getting an error message:

"An authentication error has occurred.

The function requested is not supported.

Remote computer:"

maybe it becuase server not in domain, but i can't join it to
