Hi
I have 1 Base System Device Driver left after installing chip identifier and iLO drivers.
Running MS Server 2019.

Hello,
That device ID seems to correspond to a function associated with the iLO. Have you loaded both the management controller driver and the channel interface driver for the iLO 4?
I would load the channel interface (CHIF) driver and see if that corrects the problem.
