In the root of de install CD there is a HTML file 'Index' - start it 

goto -> Microsoft Windows Standard Server 2003 (64 Bit)

and there you can click on 'Bios System Rom' and there is the file to download

Systom rom is only on the Easy Set-up CD of ML110 G3 and G4, on the CD of ML110 G5 there is no system rom file anymore

or

try an anouncement on any hardware-forum side, maybe someone somewhere has the file.
