Cache Module Status failed (battery is ok)

On my HP Proliant DL 380 Gen9 server I have an error.

In ILO on the storage tab, the 'cache module status' is set to failed. However when I look at the HP Smart storage battery the status is ok.

Any suggestions?

I updated all firmware, and now the Smart storage battery has the status of failure. So that is the problem.

i also facing the same problem what was your experience did you change the smart storage battery?
