Today, I have a problem with "HP Smart Array P420i Controller" of ProLiant DL380p Gen8 Server.
I had attach ahs log.
Could anyone please help me resolve this issues?

SolutionThe smart array P420i firmware version 3.54 is very old version, need to update to the latest version 8.32

Reboot the Server and check the cache status.
if issue still persist, elevate a case to HPE for the cache battery replacement.
