Re: Can not access Intelligent Provisioning HPE DL388 Gen10
Greetings.
We would like to see more information about the issue. If possible share the screen shots of the issue starting from turning on the server.
Please let us know what are you trying to perform in Intelligent Provisioning
When you hit the F10 key, do you get the mentioned error immediately of after getting in to Intelligent Provisioning
Please provide more detailed step by step information on how & when you get the error.
What is the Array Controller installed in the server
Alternatively, you may also try upgrade the Intelligent Provisioning version with the latest version. The file can be downloaded from the below link.
https://support.hpe.com/hpsc/swd/public/detail?swItemId=MTX_a2b2caf8066e4a8b82a966d628#tab-history
Boot the server with the iso & perform an upgrade of Intelligent Provisioning
Please verify if you have any failed hard drives in the server. If yes, replace the failed drive & attempt to boot to Intelligent Provisioning.
If possible, please attach the screen shots
Thank you
I am an HPE employee
