Compatibility issue when a Blackmagic Design DeckLink Duo 2 plugged on a ProLiant DL360 Gen9 Server
A Blackmagic DeckLink Duo 2 card is capable of capturing from 4 SDI inputs. All 4 SDI inputs worked fine when it was plugged on a Dell Optiplex.
However, only 2 SDI inputs, SDI1 and SDI2, can be used. SDI3 and SDI4 worked a few seconds then failed when all SDI inputs are used on a ProLiant DL360 Gen9 Server.
We had encountered this issue on 4 Duo 2 cards plugged on 4 DL360 Servers.
Is there anything we can do to fix this issue?
Thank you!
