DL185 G5 - HP Insight Diagnostics - Error code F186

This is what I get in Insight Diagnostics, along with error F186:

 

test_components\storage.dll ID

 

An unexpected hardware problem was detected.
Device: Hard Drive 4, Storage Controller in Slot 1
Property name: Supports Extended Foreground Self Test

...all leds are green on all drives, and status is ok in system management. Any clues?
