DL360 Gen 11 Drive Questions

Hi Guys, just a quick question on drive compatibility.  I have some generic Kioxia nvme drives that aren't showing up in my new DL360 Gen 11 server. Are generic drives compatible, or do they have to be HPe branded drives?  Thanks!

Dear Kar3n

This is recommended to only use qualified/ supported devise in HPE servers.  might be some of hardware are working smoothly in HPE server with out qualified, but while it creating issue or misbehaving it will not captured in log or properly not reported actual issue. So, please go through the document as HPE DL 360 Gen 11 QuickSpecs for spare compatibility details, and choose the part as per your requairment.
