Re: DL360 Gen10 front USB & VGA
Greetings.
Please confirm if you have tested the same keyboard and monitor on any other server or computer?
There is a Display port in the front panel for a monitor & this is not a VGA port. The VGA port is at the rear panel to connect a VGA monitor. Please confirm if you are connecting a VGA monitor using a converter or if you are connecting a monitor with Display Port (DP) cable.
On the front panel, USB 2.0 port is optional & by default does not ship with the server. The available USB port that ships with the server by default is USB 3.0 port. We recommend to connect any latest keyboard or any other USB device to test the functionality.
If the module was replaced, please confirm what is the part number of the replacement part so that we can validate if the part is correct.
If there is a Support Ticket logged with HPE support, please share the same.
Please reply with an update.
Thank you.
