Hi,

It is not sure if the messages that you are receving in iLO/ IML/OS event or monitoring application. A clear view would have been useful where are you getting those events.

If those events are received by OS or monitoring application, and if you do not see any real event on the server, then those are likely wrong events. If those are real and you can see the PSU and FAN status degraded on the server through iLO, then the hardware replacement may be required for which you need to raise a support ticket with HPE.

If those events are false events, then make sure that the iLO firmware, system BIOS and  HPS Insight Management Agents are updated to the latest version.
