DL380 G5 PCI-X riser card

I have a DL380 G5 currently has the pci-e riser card with 3 pci-e slots.
According to the specs page :
http://h18004.www1.hp.com/products/quickspecs/12477_na/12477_na.html

There is an optional PCI-X riser card for this server. Would it just be a matter of switching out the riser cards to get the PCI-X slots?

The reason being is I want to use a MSA20 with a Smart Array 642 card we have that is not being utilized. Which uses a PCI-X slot.
As far as I can tell the part number I would need is 410570-B21.

Thanks for any info.

Matt

Re: DL380 G5 PCI-X riser card

Hi Matt,

Basically what you will need to do is switch the raiser cage. There will be no problems after doing that. Also, the part number is the correct one.
