DL380 won't Boot from ROMPAQ CD

I have just replaced the motherboard in a G4 (pin came out of Northbridge Heatsink retainer). When i boot i get the "Unsupported Processor detected” "System Will only Boot ROMPAQ utility" message. I have downloaded the latest rompaq verion and have created a bootable USB flash drive and bootable CDROM disk. I can't get the machine to boot from either (they work ok on another pc), i don't have a floppy drive in the unit. i am out of idea's, any help would be a great help, Thanks.

Do you have one or 2 processor installed?

Please let us know how many processor installed in the server ,if two processor
try to boot the server with one by one processor ,if the server works download the latest bios and flash
