DL380e gen 8 25SFF don't see HDD or SSD

Hello, i have a 25bays DL380e gen 8 with 32 gb of ram.

It don't see my sata discs (wd black 7200rpm 500gb or ssd samsung 128 gb) when minis-sas is pluged on motherborad.

I tried both entry and all bays but no success...

Could anyone help me please ?

Hi,

It appears to be a configuration issue.

Please ensure that you have correct controller and cabling in place.

Considering 25SFF backplace - i assume you have p420/p421/p430/p431/p830 which can handle 25SFF drives and expander-backplane is directly connected to controller.

We do not see any reason for connecting to onboard ?
