DL380G7 Systems Insight Display LEDs off

On running DL380 G7 no LED is working on Systems Insight Display, Power On button and system power LED, System health LED - all are off . The VGA, USB, Button on press (Power, UID) are OK The module LEDs itself are OK - tested on another server.

What could be the reason?
