DL560 Gen 9 How to install SAS-Y Cable

My customer purchased the P440/4G controller post sale of the system.  They are trying to install the SAS-Y cable and they are telling me it's too short.  I suspect they are not routing the cable poperly through the chassis.  The systems and I are separated by an expensive flight.  Anyone have a link on how to properly route the SAS-Y (797924-B21) cable within the DL560 Gen9 server?
