Re: DL560 Gen10 turn off or slowing POST Fan Noise
Hi Kinkingunta ,
There is no way to turn down or turn off the Fan noise in proliant servers.
The Fan speeds are managed by the ILO which determines the required cooling for the server, from the data captured from the temperature sensors and high Fan noises could be due to a lot of reasons.
If you are experiancing abnormal Fan noise during POST or after POST , Please contact HPE server support with the AHS so we may isolate the root cause.
Regards
Ronny
