As there are no hardware errors prompting for a reboot, it could be possible that the reboot may have occurred due to a possible miss in heartbeat to the connected storage. Please review SAN switch logs for any misses in the heartbeats.

Also consider updating the firmware and PSP to the latest.

Dear Vijayasarathy

Will the updated firmware and PSP for FCA 221X HBA? (QLogic Official Website not find Support...)
Or use smart update to update all firmware and PSP?
Because this DL580G2 Windows 2003 SP2 often ran out of the system error message
I think it would be caused by the Windows system "?

Looking through the server’s QuickSpecs, it does not appear that the card be a supported option. I concluded it based on the name of the card provided, but I could be mistaken.

If it is a third party card and a similar configuration works, then check the firmware levels in the other server.
