dl580 g7 won't boot

after the cpu board burned i'm ordered a new one from HP and after received it and put it in it's place at the server when i push the power button the server power up and power off after 2 second then power up again then down again for 4 cycles then the health led getting flashing in red ... any suggestions ?? ... i'm talking about proliant dl580 g7 and i'm getting this issue after the cpu board replacement

Hi, 

I would try to pull everything and start from scratch. Populate server with minimal configuration and see what will happen. 

DL580g7 support 2 CPUs and 2 dimms split between 2 memory cages. 

Play around with configuration to get POST screen.
