Re: Firmware upgrade ProLiant BL460c E5405 2.0GHz ??
I would first update the ILO only (preferred from the ILO intercae itself), then mount the SSP iso via virtaul media and boot the server from.
Download this file
http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bizsupport/TechSupport/SoftwareDescription.jsp?lang=en&cc=us&prodTypeId=15351&prodSeriesId=1842750&prodNameId=3288156&swEnvOID=4064&swLang=8&mode=2&taskId=135&swItem=MTX-4fab2243e3d04d7ca741ce3027
and EXTRACT it.
Browse to the ILO, click on update and use the extracted file
ilo2_215.bin
to update ILO2 to version 2.15.
Hope this helps!
Regards
Torsten.

Re: Firmware upgrade ProLiant BL460c E5405 2.0GHz ??
There are many different ways to update the firmware.
Just download the file to a windows machine to unpack the bundle, then use the unpacked file (see above).
Hope this helps!
Regards
Torsten.
