fs/pstore file not created in HPE DL360 Gen9 Server when Kernel Panic occurs

Hi,

We are using HPE DL360 Gen9/10 servers in our lab. We notice that, server uptime is getting changed (Server restart happened). In the ILO logs, We are seeing below events.

Embedded Flash/SD-CARD restarted. 

Server Power Restored.

Server reset.

To root cause the issue, we have enabled fs/pstore in the server. But, unfortunately nothing is logged in pstore file when crash or kernel panic happens in the server. This has been tried by generatinjg sample kernel panics in the server which reboots server. After that, no logs been created in the pstore.

Can you somebody help here, how to capture kernel panic messages or crashes in the server ?
