HC380 Default Partition information

Hello,

I am trying to restore an HC380 back to the default factory image. I am using the User guide steps for the USB install but the instructions do not state what the default partitions should be set to. Whenever installing without setting up partitions, I get a FAILURE status when looking at the scratch location for logs.
