Health Monitor bug with hpasmcli utility ProLiant DL360p Gen8

Finding issue with the hpascli utlity that may be buggy on G8 server along with the Health Monitior. The hpasmcli utility is not starting and although a restart on hp-health is successful, redoing the status shows it is stopped. The iLO interface is running sucessfully but unsure the correlation from the log file reference to the iLO.

What distro? What is the output of 'lsmod | grep hp'?

Output is the following:

[root@basxxxx rpm]# lsmod | grep hp
shpchp 70893 0
hpilo 44497 0

Also, I checked /var/logs/messages log file and not sure if this is related, but it contains the following string numerous times over a log time span:

Jul 7 15:49:34 basxxxx hpasmxld[6806]: OsKcsExecCmd: IPMI NetFN 0x36 CMD: 0x2 has timed out!
Jul 7 15:49:34 basxxxx hpasmxld[6806]: OsKcsExecCmd: hpasmxld application in full reset. Command aborted
