help me

I have a problem ,i have a Server HP ML150 , and i install Windows server 2003 enterprise,service pack2,and DNS.make primary DNS Zone, reverse Zone and pointer.i test the dnsby using nslookup is OKbut when i restart the servertest dns by nslookup, give time out and DNS not work ,then when i restart the DNS service manual the DNS okKnowing the DNS service start automaticaly andwe have a license for all Microsoft productsi need to solve this problem
