Help needed on ILO 4 Agentless Management

I am configuring a Proliant DL360 Gen9 (ILO4) using Windows 2019 (1809) and I would like to get email alerts for all hardware related events in a similar way I got for years using Windows SNMP + Insight Management Agents + System Management Homepage + Insight event notifier.
Now HP deprecates this configuration and Managements Agents (they are not available anymore for Windows 2019 1809) , so I thougth to get the same goal using the Agentless Management Service + ILO email notification (it requires a supplemental license).

Agentless Management Service, Channel Interface driver and Management Controller driver are installed and running. I succesfully configured ILO email notifications and I successfully received the test message, but event notifications don't work at all.
Maybe I did not understand how to configure Agentless Management, I simply added the "public" community in the ILO settings, but evidently it not enough.

I would be very grateful for some help, I need to understand how to configure Agentless Management to get an email message for events. I had a look at some ILO4 documentation but I found it quite confusing. I have not a monitoring system on the network, I need to get email alerts using the only one server available.

Please follow the below action plan and share the observation for further action.

1. Check by reset iLO from iLO web console.

2. Access iLO CLI console and execute below command and restart the server.

hpilo>oemhp_clearRESTAPIstate

or

hpilo>oemhpe_clearRESTAPIstate

3. Refer below HPE article and follow the action plan mentioned under resolution section.

Unfortunately, the issue described in the suggested note is not pertinent. As I wrote "I succesfully configured ILO email notifications and I successfully received the test message", this means I receive the ILO test message clicking on the specific button, but hardware event notifications are not working.

Anyway I found anachronistic HP still use in ILO4 an email sending application without authentication. This is not an upgrade respect to the old Event Notifier I use from year 2000. This is unbelievable.
This obliges anyway to use a mail relay service to succesfully send a notification email to a remote administrator.

At the moment I had to solve the issue reverting to the "good" old SNMP Passthrough configuration, disabling and uninstalling the Agentless Driver and installing Insight Management Agents + Management Homepage and using the enclosed Event Notifier. Very discouraging.
