How to calculate how many available vCPU on DL380

Hi all,

 

Is there any common references on how HPE converts/calculate available vCPU for a DL380 server?

is it the same like on this reference

From HPE there are no such documents or calculations (as far as I know).
From Intel there are documents based on processors.
