Dear,
I bought a RAM for my HP DL380 RAM.
I attach the ram ro my HP Server and the server sum up the newly add RAM Capacity to RAM Budget on server, and I can see it on ILO interface and ESXi Vsphere Client.
The problem is that:
The ILO interface did't shown up the RAM PartNumber and show the HPE Memory status to NO.
From the Information I want to know that if this behaviour shown for Fake Product? or it is normal behaviour??
or what could be a problem if the product is not fake?
Thanks
