How to Update firmware of HP Proliant DL180 G6

I have Hp Prolaint DL-180 G6 Server with Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1 having Exchange 2010. I am facing Unexpected reboot of server 2 or 3 times in a day now i m getting blue screen error:

profiling was intended to catch the corruption at an earlier point where the offending driver can be identified........
