HP Advanced ILO - trial - licensed but still no remote console

Today i downloaded a trial license for ILO Advanced - 60 day trial.

The remote console starts , but the video stays black so now I cant try

What goes wrong ?

What kind of server would you like to upgrade license to iLO Advanced ?

What kind of browser do you use ?

Hi,

iLO remote console video depends on the following:

Client browser version.

JAVA version.

iLO Firmware version.

I am not sure which verion of iLO you are using but I am attaching iLO3 user guide, please refer to page 114 onwards for "Using the Integrated Remote Console".
