HP Directories Utility for Management Processors Can't Find il2. Solutions?

Hello! I am using HP Directories Support for Proliant Management Processors. I have tried versions 4.8, 4.7, 4.2, 3.2, 3.1 all without success. Additionally, I have tried running it in Windows 10, Windows 7 compatibility mode and Windows Servers 2008 R2. It FINDS ilo3, but not ilo2. I have read previous blog posts on the system and region is already set to U.S. English. Any suggestions, reference sources, or advice would be greatly appreciated.
