HP DL 160 G9 performance
Hello,
I've read that the hp servers more performant than commodity hardware. By building motherboards with particular memory, CPUs and other devices in mind, HP can tweak them for those particular components, rather than having to deal with everything out there, and can drive them at the edges of the specifications.
Can you give any comparative information about performance (CPU and memory, without disk subsystem) for HP DL 160 G9 vs intel-server-R1304WT2GS for example, assuming that they both use the same processor (2 x E5-2660v3 / 2 x HP-E5-2660v3) and the same memory 8 x KVR21R15S8/4?
Best regards, Dmitry
