Hi,

The driver for the smart array controller may not be present.

Suggested actions:

1. Download the Windows 2012 R2 driver for the installed smart array controller from the HPE support website.

2. Extract the driver to a folder.

3. Mount this folder to iLO Virtual Media. (.net remote console)

4. Mount your installation media to iLO Virtual Media.

5. Start the  Windows install.

6. Browse for driver in the mounted folder.

7. If the driver loads correctly you should be able to proceed with install as normal.
