HP DL380 G6 with 36GB Ram with 2 CPU's random reboots constantly

Hi we are having an issue fo ra client, we have a HP DL380 G6 with 36GB Ram with 2 CPU's random reboots constantly.  We are using Hyper-V 2012 R2, we have also changed the power profile in ILO to "OS CONTROLLED" still no joy.

Anything in the server IML or iLO logs?  What about the Windows logs?
