HP Embedded SATA RAID Controller Driver for Windows 2000/Windows Server 2003

We just bought 5 HP DL320 G5s with the intent to install Server 2000. Upon loading the driver onto floppy from:

It installs the drivers but does not find the logical drive. Why does the driver not see the logical drive.

Windows is not supported by that server

but I found a driver for controller
which is
Storage Controllers Integrated Intel® 82801GR Serial ATA Host Controller with RAID 0/1 support.
