HP ML350G5 SERVER , HDD CAPACITY 146GB Serial SCSI HDD 1 PORT 10K Spare N0: 432320-001

We have HP ML350G5 SERVER , i have 4 Nos HDD CAPACITY 146GB Serial SCSI HDD 1 PORT 10K Spare N0: 432320-001 and I have 4 empty slots which I am planning to fill with new disks. I want to know if i can still find these old disks. Another question, is it okay to install higher capacity, lets say 500GB Serial SCSI HDD mixed with 146GB Serial SCSI HDD?

I would suggest you to contact any local HPE vendor/Parnter to get the part.

and regarding using higher capacity drive:

Yes, you can. however its suggested not to use different capacity drive in the same array instead

create an additional array with the higher capacity drives.
