HP ProLiant DL 380 G7 iLO3 static IP problem

Hello all, I have problems with accessing iLO3 web interface. Here is the problem, my server is connected to mikrotik(that port is configured for network 10.180.8.x/24 and my server must have static IP address 192.168.x.x. PC from which i try to connect is on a network 10.180.2.x/24. It's a dedicated iLO port and it lights, cable is fine but it's my first time and im sorry if this is a moronic question but i'm in need of some guidance and help,please.

Is there any other devices which connects to mikrotik router which has a static IP address assigned ?

If yes, is that device connects / has successful ping?

Is there any link lights at the ILO Port?
