HP Proliant DL180 G6 Server Shutdown unexpectedly

Hi,

HP Proliant DL180 G6 Server Shutdown unexpectedly. The error is showing 

"The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly."

We purchase another new power supply. One power supply connected to UPS Which is APC and one is directly connected to Power, then even shutdown unexpectedly.

After shutdown when i ON the one of fan voice increase even server fully ON. The room temparture also cool.

Please let me know what the issue.

Anything shown in the Server IML or LO100i logs?

Please find the attached image also, the fan speed is showing high, Is we need to replace the fan?
