Re: HP ProLiant DL360 G7 Fan Speed Issue
Here's what fans speed should NOT be on a lightly loaded G7; I am still looking for a solution to lower the speeds but so far nothing substantive. I have an identical box running Windows and each fan is steady at 13% so this maybe an ESXi issue (the one with high speed fans is running ESXi 6) but still - nothing.

Re: HP ProLiant DL360 G7 Fan Speed Issue
Hi, I had to face the same problem:
fan speed is too high. It is a problem due to some ssd hard disk, that are not perfectly compatible and they cause a strange "high temperature" error. For more details

Replaced 2.5 ssd with another one and now Prolian dl380 g7 is very silent
