HP Proliant DL360 Gen 9 strange fan issue

The fans seem to rev up and down over and over for a few minutes then all will go quiet for a couple minutes then back to reving up and down, it just does this over and over constantly.  The server is not getting hot and the fans aren't reving to full power, maybe 30% or so.  It's loud enough that it's obnoxious for anyone in the gerneral area but I worry that there is something wrong.  Anyone experience an issue like this?

Hi,

Could you please check if the Cooling Option in the BIOS, is at Optimal or Increased?

If not then please change to either one of the settings and then check the status of the fan speed.

If the issue remains then requesting you to log a case with the HPE at https://support.hpe.com/hpesc/public/home with the AHS logs for further analysis.

Regards,
