HP ProLiant ML10 Gen9 Won’t Update

Hi,

I’ve been battling with this server for months with HPE changing the MOBO yet I still have the same issues. I’ve tried other hard drives to try eliminate hardware but can’t get past the following updates.

KB2267602
KB4462928

I’m just going round in a continues cycle trying to update then they fail. On other occasions before this most recent install, it would not show any users in the dashboard and stopped sending health reports. They are ok at the minute but expect that to change like before.

The software is HPE ROK Windows Server Essentials 2016. Could it be the software?

May be an issue with the OS inconsistency. Can you try running the command Dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth and once it completes, reboot the server and then try installing.
