HP Proliant ML350 G5 not booting to bios

Hello,

My proliant server is coming on, but nothing is displaying on the monitor. The internal health light is green, but I noticed that at power on, the drives go through a self-test (online led: green, fault/UID led: amber then blue) and then no lights shows on the drives. All the lights go off.

I can't even boot to bios. Any suggestions?
