HP Proliant ML350P 8th generation fail when adding new RAM

Hi,

We have a server with 32GB of ram (4x8GB) placed as following:

12A --> 8GB 1Rx4 PC3L-1200R-11-12-C2  P/N: 731656-081
9B--> 8GB 1Rx4 PC3L-1200R-11-13-C2 P/N: 731656-081
1C--> 8GB 1Rx4 PC3L-1200R-11-12-C2 P/N: 731651-081

4D--> 8GB 1Rx4 PC3L-1200R-11-13-C2 P/N: 731656-081

We bought a RAM 8GB from amazon withe the HP recommandation and while following the manual and trying to add it to the server on the HP reommanded position (11E) between 12A and 9B and boot it, the ram on 12A and 9B dont get detected as well as the 11E.

The ram has a number 8GB 1Rx4 PC3L-1200R-11-13-C2 P/N: 731656-081, it work when we change one of the ram that has the same number 13.

We beleive that we have to buy one with 12 and add it. HP support didn't give any help sadly. any suggestion can be helpful
