HP ProLiant SE316M1 G6 / Smart Array P410i/256MB RAID / 6 x 250GB SSD I/O issue
Hi,
We just installed 6 x 250gb SSD in this model HP ProLiant SE316M1 G6 / Smart Array P410i/256MB RAID and when we run disk i/o
dd if=/dev/zero of=test bs=64k count=16k conv=fdatasync
we are getting only 43 MB/sIf we run single ssd on desktop it gives 250MB/s
Can anyone tell us how to fix this?
is it possible to remove the P410i and install 6x250gb ssd as software raid for better i/o?
Thanks in advance!
