HP ProLiant Server DL370G6 will not boot can't re install operating system, it locks up

Help

 

The server will not boot from Windows by DVD or Flash drive. The server will only boot from the diagnostic CD.  I need help on another way to boot the server or reinstall the operating system.   Any suggestions?

You can check if your windows DVD was damaged or if it can boot from other PC and Servers, try another Windows DVD and a external DVD Drive may work!
