HP Insight Diagnostic utility is available inside HPE Smart Start CD image .  You may download  the same from following link and use it .

Although HPE Insight Diagnostic Utility is general tool for diagnosing the server hardware but in case your DL160 G6 server deny to boot from above Smart Start CD ISO image then you may use Easy Setup Up CD available on the following URL :

The link you provided is broken and the support site indicates '...not available at this time'. This is the problem I have had with nearly all your downloads, especially links to those provided in forums -- they are no longer valid in many cases. You don't explain what 'entitlement' is where it is required for a download. You guys make updating your hardware a pain. Please either commit to keeping these posts updated with valid URLs or take the thread down. I have spent hours this morning just trying to get some stupid firmware updates and diagnostic CDs for an old DL160 G6, and the all the problems have been largely due to your website having invalid information.
